Fees
Fees
JKAM's goal is to offset most or all of its fees by negotiating preferential terms with the investment opportunities it selects. Offsets are a goal, not a guarantee, and investors may bear a portion of these fees. The basic fees of the JKAM platform are:
- 2% annually
- Annual platform fee. Intended to be offset by the increased preferred return JKAM receives on its investment.
- 10% of profits
- Payable on profits after principal is returned. Intended to be offset by the better profit split JKAM negotiates.
- Pro rata expenses
- Each investor bears a pro rata share of shared fund expenses, including tax preparation and blue sky filings. Last year these were less than $200 per investor; future amounts may differ.
Fees and expenses reduce investor returns. Full details are in the offering documents and will be provided before any investment.
JKAM Flexible Allocation Fund fees and expenses apply in addition to the underlying fund's fees. Full details are in the offering documents and will be provided before any investment.
